Relatively fast, sound advice. Most of all it's FREE.
Nobody picks up the phone, the working hours are almost nonexistent.
Great experience with the staff and they're helpful.
Yrah great place to go for advice on housing benefits bit definitely debt adwell but a never went a eeth to the library which is in the dame building awesll

The service is now very very pour I want to thé many différents occasions I didnt recieved any help .is waist off time I things now .
It was impossible to get through on the phone - hours and hours on hold . I was very grateful to eventually be able to see someone . The receptionist at the CAB desk was a tad officious but the actual person I saw was really helpful and friendly . Thanks to him and the kind guy on the ground floor of the library who helped me to get to see someone .
Does anyone work here? Why is there only a 2 hour opening window? Does anyone ever pick up the phone during those 2 hours? These are the questions I have had to resign myself to never knowing the answer to.
