No more than 1 star was waiting on the phone for an advisor over 40 min  and when he answered he puted me on hold for long while then he handed up   , don't waste your time calling them .

great service and lovely girl nothing was a bother

Got help with tenancy agreement legality, discretionary housing fund and council tax reduction. All in one day. Was worth waiting all day for that. God bless them, let them prosper.

It is very suitable for the people to access and get advice, however you have to prepare for long waiting.

Today was my first time requiring support and help from citizens advice and Gordon couldn't have been more helpful. I came in highly stressed but left as though a great weight had been lifted. Thank you all at CAS

The best place to get free advice on just about any subject.

Too much , horrible waiting time. 1 hour per token. One would spend his whole day here in waiting. I went twice there and waited for two hours but  returned as it was taking more two hours. Even after waiting this much long you are not sure you will get your turn.
