I needed the window taking out so a settee could be delivered. CIS were so helpful and arranged a time to suit delivery of the settee. The guys that came were amicable and professional. Really got me out of trouble. I offered to leave this review as a show of gratitude. Excellent.
Had a door fitted a while ago, the guy who fitted it was amazing, so professional. Safestyle didn't want the job. Had a tiny issue with the door, phoned them and they came out pretty much straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent service, excellent customer service and really good prices. But best of all, they are really nice people who go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the service they are giving you. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs windows and doors. Thank you CIS Windows.

I called CIS Windows after being let down by a big company who promised to install a window within 6-8 weeks. They let me down so I googled local businesses and CIS Windows came up. I needed a long window removed, part bricked up and a smaller window in place. BUT I needed it completed within 2 weeks to include the Easter Weekend. Well he did what was promised even sooner than expected and did a cracking job! His builders were great too. Would highly recommend and wouldn't use national businesses again. Moral of the story - shop local. Highly recommend.
Excellent product, great work by the two fitters. Because of the tight location of the door frame extra work was required to get a first class job, this was carried out without complaint. Definitely would recommend.
Work done by this company is very poor leaving me to spend much more money to rectify problems. This company has been reported to trading standards and has a record. Contracted work to them to build a conservatory which after a year started splitting from the house as it was not tied to the walls. Contracted the company to build an brick built outbuilding in 2015 and we now in 2017 and the work has not completed nor does the company want to do anymore work. The payment from original cost agreed has now exceeded but nearly 50% and they keep requesting for more money. They take advantage of their customers by being dishonest them when honoring any warranty work. If you had an issue with any work they become very aggressive and take years to rectify warranty work. All my windows failed within the first 3 years of installation and are still failing. They replaced 4 windows in the conservatory that took them 3 years to replace after constantly complaining. They were originally contracted to install windows and a conservatory with devastating results. To get problems rectified and their promises to sort the problems they begged for us to give them more work . That work was to convert the existing garage to a living accommodation and to build an outbuilding to store garage items. The wall cavities are left without enclosures, no windows boards, windows missing, sealants not applied, second hand bricks and material used not to mention very poor workmanship by their contracted workers. Legal action is now on its way. Anyone who wishes to see the proof are welcome to email me and are more than welcome to very validity of my claims as the salesman will lie to make his sale. I would not give any stars to this company as ratings but this review would not be possible to Post without ticking on the star.
Exceptional and splendid service provided. Got our single glazed windows replaced to double glazed and door replaced. Work was conducted in reasonable time and with professionalism.
