I came up this morning for a endoscopy, I was a bit nervous, but the staff put my mind at rest, they were absolutely lovely, every single one of them, the best experience I have had at a hospital. I hope they see this, as I would like to thank them all, doctor and nurses so thankful.
Visited Cirencester hospital 3 times in total and every time has been great. Hardly any waiting time, friendly staff, clean and tidy hospital. Nurses are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough to help. Highly recommend. Thank you for your great care.
I was actually born in the Querns Hospital many years ago and have over the years visited many Family & friends who have been patients in this hospital and always found the hospital spotless, also staff very caring & patient, but recently I have been visiting a family member who is a patient and have noticed a massive change, the ward looks messy, beds unmade, clothes thrown over lockers, some of the staff look as if they would rather be anywhere else than working in the caring field, nil bedside manner, I would even say sadly abrupt with patients!!! I've worked as a nurse auxiliary in many hospitals before retirement and even on my worse day always put on a smile for the patients in my care I know moral is low for staff in many hospitals nowadays but have now seen first hand how this reflects on the patient in their care i.e. if you are ill a positive attitude from those caring for you is always a pick me up, if the vibe from your carer is negative it doesn't make you feel good about yourself. I really don't know what has happened at Cirencester Hospital but its not good...
Frequented this place often as a mischievous and accident prone kid to terminally ill parents to personal work injuries and just now 11/11/24 for a chest infection. Always as professional as they are kind. I personally think they all do such a wonderful job and I greatly appreciate having this service available in our town. KEEP CIRENCESTER HOSPITAL!
Not at all happy with the level of service at this hospital. I arrived at 19.25 with my husband who has had pneumonia 5 times this year, we rang the emergency bell, 10 mins later someone comes to see us, a nurse called Becky, she told my husband that because he could talk in sentences it was not an emergency and that the capacity in the hospital is full and to go to Swindon or Gloucester. I remember seeing the same nurse in January this year after my husband and I had be in a car accident. She had a very deadpan and cold bedside manner and when questioning us about our injuries constantly rolled her eyes and was very rude in her manner, no empathy at all.
