I have used this company for six years renewing my vehicle with them every year. Due to their being a shortage of new vehicles I ended up keeping my last vehicle for two years at a additional cost and also taking care of the 1st service etc at my cost. I have never had any issues when I returned the vehicles at the end of their lease and always fully valeted them and ensure they went back with no issues. On the return of my last vehicle I had lost a key so I fully understand the charge for the replacemnet and accept that is my fault and responsibility to pay for which I did. However they have also charged me an additional £375 for alleged damage. Unfortunately, I was not home when the car was collected and from the pictures sent through I cannot see any damage? I questioned them and asked them to see pictures of the damage once it had been repaired and their response was "we are not required to do that". This company has minimal cars available on their website to contract hire and when customers return vehicles in my opinion they overcharge customers. I find it utterly disgusting that after being a customer for six years this is the way I have been treated. Take time to read the reviews and ill leave you to make your own minds up!
Watch out for this corrupt company who extort admin fees to garages using their services. I received a hospital parking ticket due to different reg than registered to my blue badge - hospital were accommodating and rebuked the charge immediately, however Circle Leasing refused to speak to me regarding this charge and the admin charge they have tried passing on for forwarding an email to the garage. Have told both companies that I will not be paying any charge I can not dispute or make a complaint over and they can see how far court action gets them. Scumbags.
They deducted 60 pounds from my account without any prior notice or warning. There were 3.4 pieces of dust in the car and it cost 60 pounds to clean. Thanks
Been a happy customer for many years. As our most recent lease was expiring I went on the website - no cars available. Called up and was told that due to a shortage they would have to provide me from a limited pool. That "We would never leave you without a car". No further communciation. Email back to book the car. They let all the vehicles go without letting me know. We are now without a car.
I have been leasing my cars from Circle for about 9 years, it is the way forward. It is my little luxury getting a new car every year for a great monthly price. It is so easy to arrange, the staff are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. There is a great range of vehicles to suit your budget. The online booking system is very easy to use & you can pick your own delivery date. I get my car delivered from the supplier all the way to Lands End, fantastic service. I will never buy a new car again, leasing is the future. Highly recommend using Circle Leasing.
over priced and unhelpful, dont know how these guys keep winning awards
After returning our hire car on the 7th April a week later we received a £60 fine for not displaying a correct ticket the fine was at a hotel. As you can imagine seeing this fine in my husbands name parked for 2 hours at a hotel there was lots of questions. After looking the date of the fine date 9th April didn’t match when my husband returned the car thankfully we have the invoices. After contacting them by phone and email they said they would resolve it as on their system my husband was still down as driving the car even 2 weeks after the event. Again yesterday we got another reminder to pay the £60 fine. I again called first thing in the morning and was told someone would call me back but I even emailed but have no response. I called again this morning and was told someone would get back and still nothing. I was told that we would be sent some vouchers for this incident and of course we have received nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service we have received and I just hope that is dealt with and we stop getting these fine letters before it escalates.
We have been using Circle leasing for a number of years and have always found them to be brilliant. The pricing is reasonable and the end of lease checks are always fair with no hidden surprises. Our main point of contact has been Nichola, she has always gone above and beyond for us and is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work and thank you!
A scam company for which I will never use any company that chooses to work with these people. After returning my vehicle I was charged a fee of £100+ to "valet" a car that came in an unclean state. They set you up to think this is normal then charge you full price. Simply do not do business with these people.
I've been working with Circle Leasing for 17 years now. They have always been a great company to work with, creative and inspiring. During lockdown we helped them to created branded gift packs to send to the children of all their staff working at home - just shows what a caring company they are to work for too.
