Nice relaxing day with afternoon tea
I went for a job interview and left after an hour waiting....the interviewer stood me up. No explanation or apology given. If that's how they treat people they are hoping to recruit, then god help anyone who stays there.
Amazing place. Professional service
Pleasant room, but food was terrible. Even tried to serve two large glasses of wine clearly with different amounts of wine in then and argue they were the same. When we asked for fruit at breakfast we were told they only made it on request!
Very friendly staff , explained everything about how the hotel was dealing with covid and, how they would serve the food. The food was lovely and, portions were just the right amount, very well impressed and i would highly recomend.
Lovely staff, but had booked the spa and wasn't told the hot tub not working. We weren't even offered a comp drink /latte for the inconvenience. Massage treatment was fab. It was a Groupon offer £19Inc afternoon tea. So was excellent value so didn't complain. Would go again on the Groupon offer
Just stayed for a wedding, the room was extremely dated, a dirty tub chair in the corner, a old fashioned digital alarm clock a mirror in the bathroom with all the edging hanging off and to top it all no hot water for a shower! Far to over priced at £90 the outlook too was horrendous totally blocked of any view!
Lovely place, great service i recommend it
