A really nice and well presented cinema, which is conveniently located inside Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull, so car parking is also available for those who require it. The seating is clean, comfortable, and accessible, the quality of the screens and sound is very good, and we found the customer service to be excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit!
Absolutely shocking customer service by a lady called Shannon today. Rude and very arrogant. We went for a family movie night and she ruined it for us. She was rude, snappy and arrogant. Her manager Chris told us "she's had a tough day." NOT MY PROBLEM CHRIS!!!! Fuming to say the least. I never leave bad reviews but this has left me fuming. Disgusting behaviour
Very comfortable. The surround sound was fantastic, you really felt like you were in the thick of the action. Went to watch the latest Bad Boys movie, highly recommended.
Always have a good experience at Cineworld. Seats are comfortable, projection is always fine, sound is great. Staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
The EdwardScissorHands ballet screening Matthew Bourne production was wonderful. The comfortable seats in Screen 8 with plenty of leg room, parking closeby in the TouchWood car park and the cappucino coffee made the afternoon even more relaxing.
Not sure if this has happened before or since but me and a few other friends went into a showing of the exorcist and the projector overheated at the last 5 mins of the movie meaning we all got a free ticket to any movie any other day we want which honestly was kinda fun???? Thanks cineworld Seating area inside the entranceway was good, the mini Starbucks was good, and the popcorn was also really good sweet. :l Only one star off because of the ending being cut off.
Ice cream counter has been out of order for months now beyond a joke, you would think they would have sorted it by now. Only reason we go to this cinema, but makes it harder plus the lack of free parking.
Good cinema always clean and plenty of places to eat and a new entertainment spot just down from there
Quite bleak decor.. Black glitter marble and red features. But clean and tidy. The seats are very comfortable. Great screen. Picture clear. Sounds are a bit loud. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to see a movie.
Superb modern location, excellent seating. Lovely staff and reasonable ticket prices slap bang in the middle of a thriving shopping centre.
