What use to the normal working person are these opening hours?! Opens for 2 hours a morning from 8am in the week and then is closed on a weekend. I now cannot pick up my parcels because I’m at work. It’s like a business living in the Stone Age.

Bit disappointed in cinderford sorting station I ordered a parcel and sadly the parcel driver didn’t leave a card with a reference number so I had to go pick it up, but due to the pathetic opening hours I have not been able to collect my parcel, I’d have better luck ordering another another item than trying collect from this department, feel realy let down but I shouldn’t expect anything from something Royale .
