I was here for the third time for a COVID jab. I walked straight past the line as I was a walk-in, and was jabbed straight away. As I had driven myself there, I was not required to wait the 15 mins afterwards to check for adverse reactions, and was told to sit in my car right next to the entrance, in a disabled space and "keep honking my horn" if I felt unwell. Time from leaving my car to being back in it, between 10 to 15 mins Superb service, all COVID protection measures in place throughout. Thanks for making it so easy.
Been suffering with COPD for around 5 year's can't see a doctor when need to absolutely disgusting as even trying just to get my inhalers is a nightmare and go weeks at a time without one and what's the point of them having a receptionist when everytime you phone your put on hold for 15 to two 20 minutes only to be told sorry you'll have to phone back tomorrow between 8 and 10 total joke only good thing i will say about the surgery is the nurse their but if you want help go to another Doctor's clinic unless it's for a band aid shocking think I'll being going back to my original doctors at Drybrook
Do look after me fairly well as have a life long condition. Can be very hard to get on the phone for an appointment. Once through are Help full. Now allow you to use pharmacy2u which is a big step forward.
I've only been with this surgery for a few months however in those few months, they have helped me out so much more than my previous surgery did in a whole year! Doctors are very friendly and so are the receptionists
Arrived on time, seen on time. Dr Coombes excellent as always. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
second time in 6 motnhs. I booked an appointment and had to wait 3 weeks. I get to site 30 minutes early and the Doctor was not at the site or delayed both times. No one advises you that the Doctor is late. I get that he is busy but I also have schedules I need to keep to. Not happy at all. Do online scrippt requests. Lost my script request twice in 4 months. Went to get my script yesterday. This is the 8th time they have messed up my script.
My appointment was on time people friendly
Well organised, computerised where possible.
