Terrible and appalling company and customer service. This is how CIMC value their customers. I bought a £400 cabinet from this company and when they get to deliver it they say that they will only drop it on the road, pallet included as they would not cross my premises or help me to get it inside my premises. I refused to leave my cabinet on the road and the driver who was very very rude left with my cabinet. I made a formal complaint to CIMC, they promised to call me with a solution but they never did. In order to solve this situation, I asked to talk to the Directors, directly, as I was left with no cabinet. I wanted a solution and an apology. The Directors never got in contact with me. Instead, I got a call from someone with a foreign accent I could not understand from CIMC who could not offer a solution or an apology for this astonishing poor experience so I asked to cancel my order. But it gets better! I requested a full refund and then I am told, though the stock is with them, that the refund will not be actioned straight away that it will take a few days. Will I ever get a refund after this shambles? Needless to say that I will never ever purchase anything from this company EVER AGAIN!

Terrible Company and Terrible Customer Service waited 7 Month for some Furniture to arrive through one of there distributors and refuse to talk to me despite giving them 2000 of my money and explain why my furniture has been delayed for so long.
