Break room is a bedroom. Don't pay bank holidays unless you are management. Don't pay much and conveniently don't pay properly either. Work 12hrs and training is a joke. Avoid working for them and I definitely won't let them look after any of my family members. Acomplish, Leonard Cheshire and the other private care providers should be disbanded because they don't look after patients or what they call clients and staff properly. NHS needed to take over social care again because these private sector are terrible. Vote out the tories to stop these private firms sucking dry your famlies.
