Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a problem with a broken tank, which they gladly fixed for me.
I have never experience unfriendly, rude and possible racist. I went inside with friends, one of whom wanted to buy a vape. We are Asians. When my friend was paying for his vape, one of the employee was asking us "is there anyone else buying?" to which we replied no, then he told us "could you please stand outside". I was still looking at the vape on display, how could he asked a customer to stand outside. I have never experience like this when you still browsing for products in store.
Has everything for your vaping needs. I got 3 CBD vapes for £30 on special offer. They have the gummies and other CBD products too that I can’t wait to try. Really friendly team also.
Firstly great enthusiastic intelligent staff, great product range - had exactly what I wanted and already charged ready for use - at a great price. + And great central location. Would highly recommend.

Finally a vape shop that speaks to you in plain English and will happily explain things to you without looking down their nose at you if you're new to vaping. Great customer service with some great quality e-liquids. You can even try before you buy. Great job guys and girls!
I came into the store today needing help replacing the coil in my vape. Without evening asking if i had bought the equipment from them i was wonderfully looked after by staff members Stuart & Ethan until my problem was resolved. They showed great patience in attending to my issue, & showed great customer service
Staff are very friendly but I'm not sure about the quality of the products they sell, I bought a Innokin design EZ Watt vape stick off them 6 weeks ago and already the charge only lasts half a day. Really dissapointing as I mentioned to them before buying that I was looking for a vape that is rebust and with a charge will last.
