A nice little spot to grab a coffee and some lunch. The spanakopita is delicious!
Delicious hot chocolate and nice setting facing the river and castle
Popped in for lunch and really enjoyed it. Small and friendly. Nice coffee and very tasty toasted sandwiches with artisan bread. Would come again.
Very clean and friendly environment. Home made baked bread and fresh salad daily for sandwiches. Popular and situated in Historic Durham City. 100 metres from river walk on banks of River Wear.
As a Greek person, I would highly recommend the bougatsa there and the coffee. Very friendly staff , as other people have already mentioned. I would prefer a bit more flavour in the spinach pie to be honest, but overall it is highly recommended.
Best Gnocchi outside of Italy I’ve had. Went with zero expectations and came away wanting more. Well done you guys . Fab touch the Limoncello.
Really really great food at fair prices. Banding outside really undersells this cafe. Truly one of the best in Durham. My only disappointment is how long it took me to try the food here.
