Just eaten here tonight and what a lovely night. Staff are so friendly and attentive without been overbearing. The owner is a proud man who enjoys what he does. The food is of good produce and well cooked. The cheesecake is Amazing. We will definitely be back. Cheers for a good night guys
Hadn't been in a while due to a bad night some years back, however this time 24/12 was a great evening with a few members of the family. Food and service was great. All well cooked hot and very tasty. Recommend the fish bites, just lovely. We'll done Ciao. See you again soon.Food: 5/5
Simply Amazing. Great food all hot, fresh and very tasty. An amazing menu to choose your All You Can Eat food from with a great selection of dishes. The service was brilliant the staff where very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We shall definitely visit again and also very reasonably priced. Thanks TeamCiao for a lovely evening.
Just reading some of the recent feedback on here and unfortunately I have to agree. All my dishes lacked flavour and one might say "bland" which resulted in me having to add salt to each dish which is unusual and unfortunate because the presentation was excellent. Overall, myself and my table where dissapointed. The owner is a sound guy and the venue is lovely other than parking which can be a difficult but I would suggest If you don't already, please spot taste the sauces and food throughout the day. You're right - it could be my taste buds but when it's a whole table that agrees and apparently other customers on here, we can't all be wrong? Please don't take this to heart, it could have been a bad day and constructive feedback is how we learn and grow.
Great food and staff . Did find the dough balls and dough stick desserts very dense and heavy . Sound silly but music could have been a little louder . I felt like I could hear what every table in the room was talking about. Great value for money, brilliant choices , good food !! X Will definitely be there again .
If i could give this place 10 stars I would. Been here a few times now and the owner is one of the hardest workers I've met. I don't personally know him but know he's is the owner but customer service is on point, food is on point, cleanliness is perfect, my only criticism is that the prices has gone from around £14pp to £20pp ish, but, remembering that this place is all you can eat, it isn't that bad. Good menu, well prepared and the maltester cheesecake I could quite happily sit with it as my starters main and desert. If you haven't tried this place yet, try it, you'll go back for more.
We were looking forward to going here all week. When we went, the food was really bad - it's one of the worst places I've ever eaten. The waiting staff were extremely nice and attentive though, it's just a shame that the food is bought in frozen and/or microwaved. Absolutely nothing fresh, the dough balls had even been microwaved as the cheese was all stuck together as one lump. All dishes tasted exactly the same bland and had been cooked with tinned tomatoes/packeted tomato sauce. The puddings were standard factory bought in cheesecakes etc, again nothing fresh and the Nutella wasn't even real Nutella, it was a knock off brand, so not sure why it's advertised as Nutella on the menu. On my way back from the toilet I noticed the bread for one of the deserts was kept in a basket under the counter, completely uncovered which is why it tasted so stale. I'm not sure how they've got a 5* food hygiene rating, I can only assume it's from previous management. Really disappointed overall, won't be returning.
Something has gone terribly wrong with this place. the food was very bland.. also luke warm. Other than the patatoes, which were charcoal......Menu is shocking from what it used to be... It's such a shame I won't be returning and advise you think twice.... I begrudgingly paid for the slop we were served. Never have I seen this place empty. We were 1 of 2 couples in.

Service very attentive, swift and super friendly. Thank you to our waiter Duty Manager, I think taking time in welcoming us, explaining service plan, tell us more in depth some items on menu. Food came in nice time. Pan fried Salmon just heaven!! Could only manage 1 round of our mains. No real room for dessert but forced a few mouthfuls of mousse down. Wish I saved room because it was light and super Chocolatey Thanks staff & chefs. See you again soon!!
