Poor service on delivery of the item. Promised a day for delivery which I took a full day off work and never arrived despite various times being told it would. This cost me money and no compensation offered at all. Had to take another morning off. Nita said I would get phone call from her or another lady at the delivery company on the day with a further update and I got nothing and had to ring again. Not a good service and I wouldn't mind as much if it had not cost me personally and I got compensation and a sorry.
