I have only ever had good experiences with this medical practice. Every time I go, the staff are friendly and helpful, I have never left feeling deflated like I did at my previous practice. Sister Clair and Sister Fiona Jarman are especially helpful, very pleased to finally have a surgery that truly listen to my problems! Thankyou.
I think this medical practice has closed down or has been closed down, or seems that way, but the website on google says its open and opening times are Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but I have repeatedly for weeks called in those times and its always closed, it has an answerphone message saying please call during opening times which I have done repeatedly and always closed and just says call 999 if your condition is urgent.
My appointment with one of the practice nurses recently was of an excellent standard. Julia was professional, her knowledge was outstanding, she was very understanding, and I was genuinely put at ease.
I absolutely hate this surgery. They have automated everything.nnTo make an appointment you need to fill out a very long form after which they will call you within 2 days and get you an appointment in 2 or 3 weeks …nnI don’t want to be treated like this … I am a human with some dignity
I have always experienced the highest level of care from the Ellesmere practice. I would be at a significant loss without such wonderfully skilled and patient staff. The 'call back' booking facility is extremely helpful and lessens patient stress. I am grateful .
