This is a very nice theatre. The seats were comfortable, although there is not a lot of room if you need to pass people to get to your seats!nWe had a fantastic view of the stage & thoroughly enjoyed the show.nThere are good facilities for disabled people but no car park by the theatre. Allow plenty of time to get there as the nearest car park is a fair walk away!
We've taken our kids to several children's theatre shows at Churchill. Some bigger, some smaller. The venue is very accommodating to younger audiences.nnLast weekend we watched a small as in intimate production of Robin Hood & The Christmas Cracker. Performed in the round, in one of the theatre's studios, it was a lovely mix of children's storytelling and panto. With just two players and a large cast of characters, the actors had to work hard. They fulfilled the brief, and the young audience's mood crescendoed. My cynical eldest 6 wasn't engaged at first, but as the play progressed he fully enjoyed the experience. Our youngest was enraptured throughout. Great fun.nnThe staff at Churchill are lovely. It's a friendly space. Would always recommend.
Saw tbe Nutcracker tonight stunning performance. A negative about the building the stairs to the stalls quite daunting there is a lift and staff go out of their way to support. The big positive the lovely ladies in the bar, the fab volunteers and very stunning lady manager who was so supportive about my feedback about tbe stairs. Had a perfect seat but I think for me will book circle in future!. The staff are amazing g thank you
Went to beauty and the beast at Churchill bromleynIt was brilliant everyone was great expressly Sue Pollard she was fantasticnWhen the evil witch sung the band was a bit loud so couldn't hear her much but over all was a great show my 9 year old granddaughter couldn't stop laughingnMuch much better than last year which was poor.nThank you for a great Pantomime lovely comfortable seats and plenty of leg room.nSee you next year .
My Wife and I went on Thursday 15/01/26 to see Blood Brothers.nUnfortunately due to the layout on the website I thought I had booked 2 end seats but on arrival we were sat next to the light and sound box.nDue to a medical condition I have to be sat on the end for easy access to the bathrooms.nI spoke to one of the Ushers who introduced me to the manager Jan.nThe only way I can describe the professional way it was handled is WOW, Jan totally understood my predicament and kindly asked the whole row if they wouldn't mind moving up so my wife and I could sit on the end.nShe is a complete superstar and a credit to your establishment.nThank you so muchnPaul and Angela Rayner Hedges
