All the staff I dealt with from the administrators to the engineer who came to repair my extension were friendly, helpful and very professional. I struggled to find anyone to assist me with my repairs and parts but Superior made an effort to squeeze me in to their busy schedule, and offered helpful advice and assistance at every opportunity. The work was done quickly and professionally and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Ian for his cheerful help getting everything shipshape again, and to Lesley and Alice in the office for all their assistance. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
They do not care about consumers, and it seems they're very happy with their tradesman connections. Even they don't hesitate TO LIE in favour of their valuable tradespeople. Superior Conservatories delivered the wrong bifold door and claimed our builder had ordered it wrongly. I saw the quotation, and there's no description of the opening way. Throughout 6 weeks, they stalled me on the phone with the "we'll call you back" trick. Ian claimed the builder was the customer. And the builder claimed Superior Conservatories had sent the wrong door. They put me in limbo. Finally, we reversed and rehanged the door. But this time, they refused to supply the necessary parts for the lock, eg. Now we have a door that is not original anymore, without a lock. They have zero customer service and zero help. PS: If you paid Superior Conservatories, claim your invoice right away. Because they're sending your payment invoice to their tradesman as if it's the tradesman's paid the expense.
We are very happy with our new tiled conservatory roof. The construction work was done quickly, tidily and politely. All communication with the office was also dealt with efficiently. We would recommend this company.
In 2019 we used superior Conservatories to supply and install a 7 metre by 2 metre lantern and windows and doors to three sides of our new conservatory together with two large glass roofed verandas attached thereto. They cooperated very well with our builder and the units were all supplied and installed on time. Nothing was too much trouble and modifications that we requested were carried out without question. We are very happy with the level of design and workmanship in all these units and their follow up service has been excellent and timely. The conservatory and the verandas have been much used and enjoyed during the periods of lockdown etc during the last two years. We would have no hesitation in recommending Superior Conservatories for any work of this nature and would welcome an inspection from prospective customers.
I want to leave a review to say how bad the over all experience with Superior Conservatories LTD was. They got the job done in the end, however it took from 18th of May to the 20th of October to get the whole job finished, when originally I was led to believe it would only be a few weeks. I was repeatedly let down on agreements that were made for the work to be done. I'd call and get no answer or response. The reason the work took so long is because all of the measurements and glass and trimmings etc where wrong, so they had to go away and come back several times. The people who came to carry out the work where unprofessional and had no customer service skills. This company really needs to work on their communication skills as a lot of the upset and stress would have been avoided if we were informed of delays, or plans to not show up when they'd originally agreed to. We would honestly not recommend using this company due to the mistakes made, the time taken & the poor communication. The conservatory does look nice in the end though!
Excellent service. We ordered bi fold doors from them and everything from order to installation was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely deal with them again.
Phoned up to arrange for a quote regarding a replacement conservatory roof & the person who should have been in the area was running late, he should have called to say he was eventually on his way & didn't! so i cancelled & really didn't seem to bothered so i guess there's plenty more companies with better reputations i can use instead.
I popped in to see if they had a spare part so I could fix my patio door handle and I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the team were. I got the part and was so impressed with how knowledgeable and great value for money they were that I've decided to use Superior to build my conservatory!
Very happy with my new door. Fitted with care and attention to detail. Very polite guys and tidy job. Would recommend.
