Continually don't send prescriptions to Boots. I've chased the surgery on the phone and gone in to speak to them for my repeat monthly prescription that they havnt sent to Boots since Christmas. They promised they would do it this week, still nothing, Boots have had nothing again! Absolutely horrendous service. Risking peoples lives at this point.
I tried every day last week to get an appointment, after having test results back via a phone call. Impossible to get through on the phone , no appointments available . Very poor service these days.
None existent service! Never answer the phone, constant problems with even basic needs. Horrible communication. Surgery needs drastic change!
Absolutely awful dr shrugs his shoulders when telling him what's wrong!! No help at all and a nightmare to get appointment
When asking a question, the staff can be rude to you when face to face. The place is filthy and run down.
They never answer the phone so what’s a point of the doctors no matter what time you call them they are always engaged and then when u finally get through to them they are always fully booked there has been several times I seriously need them and people I know who can’t get through also the minute u mention 111 they soon give you an appointment
