We are a leading South-Coast law firm offering a wide range of services to individuals and businesses.

Formed after the merger of Churchers and Bolitho Way, we are proud of our heritage which spans more than 130 years. Our ethos is much the same as it was all those years ago; quality legal services delivered with our local community in mind.

We operate from six locations across The Solent including Fareham, Lee on the Solent, Portsmouth, Cosham, Gosport and Ryde.

We had previously had a poor experience at another solicitors in Portsmouth when trying to obtain a Court of Protection order for my father.  This had been extremely upsetting.  Alanna White quickly established what had gone wrong and started the process to resolve our issues.  She guided us through this extremely stressful time with a very human, caring and calm approach. Without her help we are not sure we would have managed to get through this in one piece ! Thank You

The most appalling service I have ever received, when trying to make representations to a Senior Partner Ian Robinson, he spoke to me and over me with a total lack of respect. When I asked him not to talk to me as he was, he hung up on me.............very professional Mr Robinson.

Making a complaint
In the first instance you should complain directly to your solicitor about the poor service or bill that you have received. All solicitors have a procedure for handling complaints.

Obviously Mr Robinson's procedure is just to hang up on the fee paying Client.
