The expertise, care from every member of staff at Church View Medical Centre is a breath of fresh air. The Receptionists are helpful, and considerate. Dr Cooper showing professionalism with care and understanding, ensuring I felt I was not a number. The Pharmacy is exceedingly helpful. All members of staff look exceedingly smart in their uniforms showing professionalism. Anyone falling into their catchment area will be more than delighted with the excellent service given by everyone, who obviously work as a very coherent team.
I have been impressed with the quick and effective way repeat prescriptions are dealt with. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and it is extremely helpful for me to be able to pick up prescriptions at the surgery due to living in a rural and isolated area. Appointments can be booked online or via phone which is also a handy feature.nnWith this in mind, it is a real shame that I had a similar experience speaking with a doctor as another reviewer; the GP couldn't seem less interested and helpful and did not recommend anything that was listed on the NHS website for my particular issue. This has put me off booking another appointment.
Brilliant local surgery and excellent service. Reception staff are always lovely to and will bend over backwards to get you an appointment. Both GPs are thorough and straightforward to deal with and very helpful. Very pleased I signed up with them.
Best practice I've ever been under the care of. Had previously been at Salcombe and Chillington in South Devon and there is a remarkable improvement in the level of care and service provided at Churchview. Dr Trenchard is a breath of fresh air, listens carefully, isn't at all dismissive and works with you. Fantastic
One of the best GP surgeries i have ever had it may even be the best. This is exactly what we all should expect from you Doctors. They are friendly, helpful and can normally see one of the doctors within a day.
