Only word to describe this practice is shocking. Trying to complete paperwork for a job application, started process in February, sent my medical forms to the wrong place, to then discover they didn’t even complete the form, they just sent their own. Now trying to arrange an appointment to get a GP to complete re issued forms, told by reception after 20 minutes of the phone ringing, they don’t waste appointments for paperwork. Attitude from receptionist is atrocious. Once I have these forms completed I will be leaving without doubt.

The parking is a very big issue here. I am surprised they don't have any parking at all. They have a pharmacy on site but in order to pick up a repeat perscription, you still have to park someway from the surgery. I found I had a problem just dropping off my daughters repeat perscription as the box is not near the front entrance or on the ground floor but up on the first floor, who's stupid idea was that? I had to pay and display for literally less than a couple of minutes for this 😡. The surgery needs a letter box for repeat prescriptions near the entrance and also a parking area for perscription pick ups. Not sure how the surgery will cope when the nearest car park floods which it does in the winter. They will have a lot of unhappy clients on their hands.

This is a new purpose-built "health centre". It is unbelievable but true that there is NO dedicated parking area for GP patients (for three GP practices) other than disabled parking. The nearest parking facility is not free and an inconvenient walk away. The adjoining hospital parking area is monitored by an attendant and displays warnings that is not to be use bye GP patients.
