As a visiting Australian and self confessed coffee snob I was delighted to find this cafe close to where I was staying. The barista coffee and a good eggs benny made me feel at home. Word of warning though, if you want to visit during busy periods make sure you book.
1st visit here but will be returning, lovely food, friendly staff & great atmosphere. Gorgeous cakes & sausage rolls at the till aswell
I had made a reservation for 3 people at 12.30 at the cafe by phone the previous week . Arrived a few minutes early and was told it would be a few minutes for the table .nOne of my friends asked after about 5 mins is our table ready . One of the waitresses said someone had sat at our table and they were sorry and would give us free drinks . Which I said yes too .nNo one seemed to be leaving . It was now past 12.45 . So I said whats going on . I said I made a reservation as they suggest and no reserved sign on tables except for one in the corner which had 2 customers sitting there .nI was not happy , i told them this and said whats the point of reserving a table and there appears there isn't one . I said we are leaving and wont be returning .nOne of friends relatives had the same happen to them here a few weeks ago .nVery disappointed , staff didn't appear to carenId been in the past and never had a problem .nSo wont be returning .nWe went down the street and enjoyed coffee & cake at another establishment .
LOVE the coffee and food here, atmosphere is fab. Definitely recommend coming here but would advise to book a table as it can get quite busy
