I ordered for delivery from this place and it was an absolute shambles!!! The pizza base was chewy and overcooked and my chicken was sweating and soggy, literal slop!! My cake was also not at all soft and was rather firm. Most certainly not an enjoyable experience and I will never be ordering again!!! Don’t waste your time nor your money people!!

I ordered a full chicken from the one in wigan and was served burnt chicken. I could not even eat it because it was very bitter. I called and the person who picked was very rude. Terrible food, terrible staff.

Appalling service avoid at all costs. I went in and was served by a young lad who looked like he could not be bothered to serve me. I asked for the 2 piece value box meal and gravy extra. He kept mixing up my order as I was telling him what I wanted trying to get me to buy 3 piece. When he gave me my order the fries were missing, gravy pot half full and he forgot my can of pepsi. I was so disgusted with the service I threw it in a public bin. You can keep my £9.00 charge because it's the last penny you will get from me.

Ordered food tonight its was well below standard of what they normally produce. They had cooked the calzone to point it went in bin as it was hard as a rock.  The 3 bags of chips all had mixed styles of chips in them and all were just warm like they had sat around a bit  Only the nuggets and onion rings were any good.  Very disappointed as these are never like that.

Got a can of Pepsi instead of a 1.5l bottle. Rang up and after quite a while of back and forth as the guy didn't seem to understand me, he goes "What do you want us to do about it" and I say a small discount or a free bottle next time would be fine and he goes "Yeah, you'll get a bit extra next time" and hangs up.  Good food, terrible service. Don't think I'll order again

Great menu, great prices. Delivery was slow but the food was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!  My second order has been the best yet! It arrived more than 20 minutes earlier than the  expected time on just eat. Food was amazing!

Cmon guys always been good but tonight after a good folded and ok burger we got 2 day old reheated chicken, dark in colour, dry, really  awful… We always use CC at least once a week, but if your doing things like this we won’t be ordering again, everyone has a bad day at the office and times are tough but on a slippery slope if it carries on so one more chance…

Had a disappointing experience with Chunky Chicken on Feb 10, 2024, at 10:38 pm. The staff member's behavior was rude, which significantly impacted my visit. Hoping for improved customer service in the future. i told them about there behaviour even after that they are not changed. StrangeFood: 1/5
