Very poor fare, the free prawn crackers were the best dish of the lot. Non crispy crispy noodles more like bachelor's super noodles, not even vermecelli. Thai Spicy dish was very lame, won't be back.
Horrible customer service. Well At least they got the Chips right ‍ was charged for 2 sauces not to receive it, Wrong chicken order, Soggy Chicken balls! Which I never ordered. Absolutely SHOCKING
I ordered from this restaurant about a month ago and the starter was salty so I phoned them. They asked me to return the dish so they can taste it even though I had already eaten part of the food and I was compensated with another dish. I ordered some food tonight but the restaurant cancelled my order so I called them and to my shock and horror they accused my of lying to their staff about my previous order. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again as I was disrespected by their staff.
Ordered through Uber Eats and had a surprisingly good experience! Very friendly service from both the restaurant calling to double check the order, the address and the delivery time and friendly service from the delivery guy too! Food arrived on time, had the perfect temperature and even though it didn't look fancy no Chinese food does it tasted delicious and portions were very generous. We also got free prawn crakers as we spent more than £18. Good value for money. Very satisfied and will definitely order again.
One as I can’t do none! Decided to order in as a change and a lazy night. The free spring rolls were okay. The smoked chicken was the best part of the whole event. The bbq spare ribs were underwhelming, fatty and chewy, almost passable. The massive disappointment was the fillet Chinese style.. this was not a fillet like I have ever eaten. I would say I eat fillet fairly regularly as I detest chewy meat. This was dire. Chewy fatty and for want if a better word… vile. The chicken balls with sweet and sour were equally concerning, thick batter with dry chicken and little sauce… again vile. Chips were over, though fried rice fine. However by that point we had been completely put off, majority went in the bin. To sum up, woeful at best and what a waste of £35. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Pure Chinese! Well well well, where do I begin. It was a hungover Sunday morning. It was sunny and the birds were chirping. My flatmates boyfriend; Kyle decided to order from your establishment and asked me kindly if I would like anything to eat. Without hesitation I decided to get salt and pepper chips. After a brisk 40 minutes my food arrived. Upon opening these chips from there cardboard compartment, I was instantly greeted by the familiar but reassuring smell of Chinese spices. After my first bite I was instantly rejuvenated back to my pre-drinking self, this alone was enough to satisfy me. Ps: photo of the food and Kyle enjoying the food
ordered ginger chicken. was awful as the meat was not well cooked....turned out to look like a soggy dumpling and tasted hideously atrocious as it was still raw. upon calling to ask the monstrosity they had done, the lady kept defending thats how its eaten as. very rude by trying to dodge the fact they cooked up something even a dog wont eat. pls avoid !
Placed order. Order was prompt but meat was clearly soaked in vinegar to give it a few more days of usability. They had denied all knowledge of having a dish on their menu and I never never got a receipt with my order. Highly recommended no one comes to this take away because you will feel like you have dysentery.
Best wontons I've had! So cute. Thai beef was delicious and spicy and lots of tasty vegetables. Crispy beef was actually crispy too which is a rarity. Loved it.
Ordered an online delivery. Food eventually arrived 1hr 10 mins after ordering and it was cold. Called the takeaway whilst I was still waiting for my order to be met with a rude man. No apology for the delay and no effort to try and give me an indication for where my food was other than "waiting for the delivery man". Doubt I'll use them again, would recommend a wee course in customer service for sure.
