2 bad experiences in a row. First bad experience sent completely wrong order and was 30 minutes later than they said it would be when i called and told them no apology or anything then took another 40 minutes to send correct order. Left it a few weeks then thought we would try again as may have been a one off, wow was i wrong, said would be 30 - 40 minutes took 1 hour and 10 minutes bare i mind this was 5pm on a Sunday so not a busy time. The garlic bread base was stale and hard, the fries were cold and my husbands chicken wasn't cooked. Will definately not be ordering from here again. As a business you really need to sort yourselves out or you won't have a business left.... If i could have marked it at a 0 star rating i would have done
Absolutely disappointed. Used to order from here under previous owners and food was amazing. However under new owners it has gone down hill. Last 2 orders have been disappointing, half of food was missing, sent wrong drinks and food was stone cold and the quality isn't half as good, quite tasteless. WILL NOT be ordering again.
Ordered a chicken tikka and lamb doner and this is what arrived not a happy customer. Won't be ordering again . disgusting and for you to charge £9 for something we didn't order. It's worth about £4 tops pretty bad this.
1st time ordering delivery time was spot on the pizza was fantastic and the kebab was very nice will definatly be ordering from here again
Had that box meal 1 wedges pizza and they are all peng chubbys is my new favourite spot
I heartily recommend the take way Big B'S I have been ordering food for a week now and I like it very much, the food is always warm, fresh and on time
Restaurant substituted parts of our order with food we didn't ask for because they didn't have enough of what we ordered they didn't ask us if we wanted this, just expected us to take it - this is an issue because chicken was replaced with cheese for someone who is lactose intolerant. Once we'd phoned up and complained, they finally delivered again what we asked for originally, but the driver was extremely rude. Used to be loyal recurring customers, won't be anymore.
Very good pizza,juicy and hot just like i like it.preety good choice of soft drinks and even some beers.
Been ordering from here for a long time and generally been satisfied but recently the service has been dire!!!! The guy who takes orders is extremely rude and I'm not sure what he doesn't understand regarding the menu!! Just placed an order and was told 45 minutes to an hour, after an hour and half called back to be told would be another hour and 45 minutes!! When told to cancel the order the phone was put down on me. WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN
The food is nice but i have given it low stars because 9 times out of ten they forget items off your order,charge 50p for debit card use, make you spend over a certain amount for delivery then charge 2.50 for delivery anyway even though i live less than 1 mile away. I ordered not long ago and it cost £5 more making up all these extras and the order was missing an item. The next time i went to the shop still got charged 50p for using card without being advised of this and they missed chips off order but did deliver them straight away when i called to complain
