Asked to go to the antelope on the day of the half marathon. Driver got there and circled around the roundabout (adding more money to the total) as he wasn’t sure if the bridge was open. He then crossed the bridge despite being asked to stop multiple times (the antelope was on our side of the bridge). Eventually came back around the roundabout on the Anglesey side and back over the bridge to where we had asked him to go. For someone from the area his knowledge was poor and only offer to discount some of the extra cost. Poor in all regards. Will not be using again.

You realise why companies like Uber are so successful. If a taxi is going to take 45 minutes just say that. Don’t promise 10-15 minutes. And take the person’s name when you accept the booking. Hopeless...

Thank your driver that sat on my drive at 1.40am banging his horn until I had to get out of bed an advise him he was at the wrong house. Idiots.

Generally poor service, rude on the phone, the driver decided to charge more just because he could, and took his time getting my change just to clock up more money, even though the car was already stopped. Angry wouldn't be a fair word to use, just truly disappointed. Anybody using taxis in Bangor, and already knows their reputation, I'd say not to even use them as a last resort! It's a small place, just walk, you'll probably get to your destination before the taxi even arrives. Happy travels to all, and may lord have mercy on the souls of those using this service.

Prices are unjustifiable, £20 to get from one part of Bangor to another? Fuel must cost them a tonne to justify the disgusting prices. The attitude of drivers is awful - you ask for a taxi and they hang up not wanting business, rude to customers and make no conversation. The driving is also atrocious, have come across many a chubbs taxi cutting across a way which is not in their right causing issues, and drive way too fast. I feel unsafe in their care. Would not recommend.
