Only just started using Christi's after our normal shop, Charlie's, was closed for a while. Have to say I've been really pleased with the quality and the price, chips are even better here. The bonus is that there's plenty of parking and cover for when queuing in the wet.
Excellent fish and chips. Kebabs ace as well, fresh salad. Phone order through to pick up. Friendly service

Seems to be under new management. A large portion of chips is a large again. Staff don't wear uniforms either. Batter is better. Large battered sausages are a very welcome addition
Just had cod & chips ,chips were tasteless, fish was small & broken up.How hard can it be to cook fish & chips ,properly cooked in cheap oil.if you would like really nice fish &chips try Rothley chippy.
