Outstanding Customer Service & value for money. I would definitely recommend. There is a huge variety of dog & cat grooming products. Whether your a Professional Groomer or a Pet Owner there are some very good deals on quality products . The delivery is reasonably priced and fast. You can order online,via email or over the phone.

Blatantly overcharged by €16 after spending a small fortune. The price in euro stated 389€ on their receipt and they tried charging €405 on my credit card blaming currency exchange as an excuse and got no apology. Had I not checked then I'd be out of pocket, will stick to Amazon in future where the price is the price. Buyer beware or else shop in £.

Delivered the clipper parts I ordered fast (and at a keen price), but started sending me text spam.
The texts did have there number on so I called to be removed from the list, but annoying none the less...
