although the outer appearance isn't great, this is a brilliant gym. too expensive but the staff are very friendly, helpful, and know what they're doing. great equipment and a great atmosphere within the entire building. many services on offer and everyone welcome.

Very nice day out with the family but quite hard to find the prices online. Also the furniture is broken in the bowling hall.

Very run down sports centre and facilities. There hall has mediocre lighting and is cold in the winter. The only good thing about the sports hall/badminton courts is the high ceiling.

although a little run down; the facilities are very good (gym, bowling, PT), and the staff are very friendly

Very friendly staff but the place is very run down and un-cared for.. (it is kept clean though) just lacks any form of investment .. ceiling tile sin gym stained and missing too...
