Christies gave me a dilemma from the outset.  I had fully intended not to appoint the agency that suggested the best valuation, but to base my choice on professionalism alone. However Christies topped both criteria and then delivered against all those expectations throughout the process to exchange and completion.  Adam's knowledge and experience of the local marketplace provided great reassurance that our sale was in safe hands, and the on-going support from Pam proved to be a very effective combination.
