Clubleys were very easy to deal with. I had issues with renting in the past, but the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Sam was the agent looking after us, and her customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend using Clubleys as your letting agent.
We have rented through Clubley’s for the last 6yrs, the latter 3 yrs though the Market Weighton branch. We would like to thank the team, Sam and Hannah especially, for their professionalism and care when we were given notice on our rental property unexpectedly due to the landlords returning to the UK from abroad. We didn’t envy them having to break the news as they knew it would be a shock! But…… they had already found us a new home!! We moved in at the beginning of the month and are now happily settled in!! Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond, we really cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you again x

We recently purchased a property with Clubleys in Market Weighton via Angela mainly, the seller was particularly difficult kept threatening to put the property back on the market every tick and turn and generally very hard for us let alone Angela and her team to deal with, but they did and somehow managed to get the sale through to the end. Angela and her team were all very polite, proactive and professional given the difficult client they had Honestly you wouldn't have thought they wanted to sell there house but she somehow managed to get us across the finish line and even gave us a lovely little treat when we collected the keys to our new home. We promised this months ago, so sorry it's late, but we've been busy with various tradesmen every day since and only now got the place up to scratch. We used another local agent to sell our last house, and they were shocking. The difference is like day and night. Definitely highly recommend Clubleys in Market Weighton Thank you guys

I rented a property with them for a few months and they were helpful and professional. Rental price was a bit excessive though.
Quite a frustrating company to pin down, the Market Weighton office in particular often promise callbacks, but rarely do return your calls. Obviously, they have plenty of renters available, so do not need more custom, or perhaps they would treat people with a little more honesty and integrity. Only use this office if you have lots of free time available!
The staff at clubleys are completely dishonest and or stupid, they tried lying to us and stealing from us and asked peoples opinions when trying to establish facts, unbelievably unprofessional but we got there in the end just had to spoon feed them like the children they are xx
