I Got a Singapore fried rice and salt pepper ribs . Seriously what a let down,rice was yellow and just tasted of curry powder. quite literally the worst I've ever tasted and thats saying something ribs tough and just horrible all round. Thanks for that....minus 5 star won't ever be back
Normally great but tonight wasted £36 for rubbish, who ever worked Sunday needs fired, Crispy chips normally amazing nothing but a soggy mess batter pizza batter so thick still soggy inside same with chicken ball wrap falling apart not even wrapped. Soggy spring role's and flavourless Singapore chowmein had before normally taste great. So disappointing been many times before but this puts me Off going back again.
I placed an order on the Clyde Eats app at 18:12, it said it would be delivered by 19:45. I phoned them at 20:00 to ask if it was on its way as it hadn’t arrived yet and was told it had just left. It finally arrived at 20:30. I don’t think it was on its way at that point because after half an hour it would have arrived pretty cold but surprisingly it arrived quite hot. I thought I’d try Chow’s for a change since my usual Chinese place of choice is a bit more expensive, it also doesn't offer the option for a smaller amount when it comes to the chicken pieces, and I wanted to try the Nutella/marshmallow spring rolls from Chow’s since I haven’t seen that anywhere else before. The batter on the chicken pieces looked very, very dry. The chicken itself seemed ok. The chips could have been cooked a bit longer as they were quite firm on the inside. I was very disappointed with the spring rolls as I expected the middle to be loaded with the Nutella and marshmallows but the inside was completely hollow and only the tiniest, thinnest layer was applied not even the full length to the inside. It arrived so late I couldn’t actually finish it as I was beginning to feel quite tired and don’t usually eat that late. It was ok and it was good that it did arrive hot but I wasn’t a fan and I think it will be my first and last order sadly.
The food I thought was pretty good though I felt quite expensive but most things are nowadays. Nice friendly staff.Food: 4/5
Good selection of Chinese food and European food. Good offers when you order online.
Been here a few times now. Twice the chicken balls and batter has been light and crispy.....but sorry to say this time it was somehow soggy not to my liking . But like all places I will try again hopefully it will be as good as twice before..don't let me down now. Update great quality meals over last few weeks best place yet thanks again well done to all staff front desk ..and kitchen we will return ...
Delivery is a joke need to up there delivery service I order food at 7:53 and said it be here by 9:55 which I thinks is it a bit of a joke it’s now 22:10 and my food still not here I tryed calling the shop and there closed

Best Chinese take away in Greenock that does amazing gluten free options! I’ve always had great service from here and would highly recommend this takeaway. I usually order sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and salt and chilli chips if you haven’t tried these, you need to try them! They also do gf prawn crackers. The customer service is always fab and everyone is so helpful
I oredered for delivery 3 currys. 1 was wrong. Then i said to the woman in the shop over the phone, she asked for the curry back, i could have passed corona virus or have done something to it. Watch what you are eating from places like these
