We're having a cracking day at Chorley FC – The Magpies living up to the name… shiny performance on and off the pitch.nFirst things first: Bowen pies and chips – absolute top tier. Proper football food. Add in some decent branded brews or beers and you’re already 1–0 up before kick-off.nStaff were brilliant – friendly, relaxed, and made everything easy from the minute we walked in.nThe kids stole the show though. Invited to be flag bearers and walk the players out – a proper “remember that forever” moment. We had a good look round the ground too, and for the level it’s more than holding its own.nMassive credit to the players as well – took time to meet us, sign photos, and have a chat. That kind of thing goes a long way.nWe're up against Worksop Town F.C. – I’m still not entirely sure what Worksop’s famous for… but hopefully by the end of the match it’s “losing to Chorley.” Last game of the run, so fingers crossed the Magpies finish strong and send us home smiling.nTop tip: get there early – watching the lads train beforehand adds to the buzz and makes it feel like a proper event.nAll in all, a brilliant, down-to-earth football day out. Community club done right. We’ll definitely be back.
First time here with the kids, cracking little ground, love how you can walk round and watch the game from different ends, outside bar in the corner, good old Labour Club attached to the entrance with Chorley FC TV Live match in, little cabin servicing chips with curry sauce, gravy, what ever you fancy. Loved it will be back
Excellent pre match bar before our trip to Blackburn rovers with Birmingham city 16-8-25 had an amazing time good beer great music food available good luck Chorley FC for the 25-26 season….
Decent ground for this level of football with one main seated and one main terrace and a smaller seated and terrace areas. £15 to get in which is steep, no under 23s or student price like other clubs in the league. Telford fans made decent noise for all 15 of them. Food and drink reasonably priced and staff are all friendly. Ticket, program, hot drink and a snack will set you back £21. We parked on the nearby Asda maximum 3 hours.
Had our grandsons birthday party there they were very accommodating couldn't do enough definitely recommended
