We take and complaints and comments and suggestions seriously and request that if any patients are dissatisfied in any way they contact us so that we can have the opportunity to address any concerns and hopefully reach a mutually satisfactory outcome, or email [email protected]

Although the use of social media is a way of venting anger or dissatisfaction it does not give us the opportunity to help on an individual basis and is not proportionate with the very many patients who are satisfied with the service.

Never had any issues here for a NHS dentist, the latest dentist (can’t remember his name!) was very thorough and polite. Not sure why other reviews here are negative but I have never had an issue.

I was refured by my dentist to have an extraction today. What wonderful people, very kind patient and thoughtful. Thank you all again for your fabulous work

First of all I ask the people reading this ratings if the negative comments left make any sense.
I have had a delicate treatment done marvelously in 2 sessions to a very high spec.
My Son had a "spare" tooth x-ray d and later removed from his palate by a surgeon and came out laughing out loud.
Today (Saturday), the day after, we had a phone call from them as to follow up on his condition. 
I personally think this guys are doing really well. 
Only thing I would like to suggest is some serious renovation done or moving to new building as they desperately need the space.

I have been treated myself, my wife and my kid. We visited many times and we found very smooth process, polite staff and well experienced  dentist. I would highly recommend:)

Don't touch this place with a barge pole! The Practice Manager at this practice is the rudest woman I have ever come across. I unintentionally missed an appointment, thinking it was a few days later, and I received a letter that as I had missed 2 appointments (which I vehemently deny!) that they would no longer see me, even though I was in the middle of treatment and had already spent well over £80 in appointments to get a crown fitted! I explained that it was an honest mistake to the 'Practice Manager' who was extremely rude and put the phone down on me whilst I was explaining that I would never intentionally not turn up to an appointment especially as I had spoken to the practice weeks earlier to get an earlier appointment as I was desperate to have this work done. Shocking service! I think a course on Customer Service is needed!
