2 Stars may seem low. This is totally based on the lack of customer service from the young gentleman in the gift shop. He was not present when we entered the shop, I had to go looking for him to make a purchase. He never spoke to us. I had to ask for some tissue on my breakable items. This is a lovely little shop. The customer service however was sadly non existent.
How on earth this shop is still trading is beyond me! £110 for trainers, £155 for a top, £90 for a pair of capri trousers! Walked in, walked out, disgusted. There must be money and stupidity in Ruthin to pay these prices and obviously not suffering in the cost of living crisis!
Lovely ladies and beautiful goods!! From homewares to ladies clothing not too mention some fantastic gifts. Even candles with fragrances unheard of but gorgeous Convenient payment and collection facilities. Thank you!
Myself and Two friends Visited the shop ,and Where ABSOULUTELY FLABERGASTED!!!-At the Price of the Clothes !!!!-95 pnds for an Identical top which you can buy in Mold market for 12 poundspounds!!!!!!Have also Seen these Clothes in
