Please check your receipt before you leave the store, asian man with black hair is very rude and also charge me for handwash I did not even buy. I do not think this was an accident as a lot of reviews of similar things happening. When I asked for a refund they did a refund in a such a weird way, did the refund for the items I did purchase but not the handwash and then scanned the items I wanted to buy and discounted the dollar amount of the hand wash and charged me. Something really weird going on here. Everyone please take care when shopping here!
I like the store variety but must check receipt + pay close attention at check out. Staff in this particular store are usually rude or non existent. Items purchased in two seperate transactions. I was given the receipt for one transaction but not the other.. which was fine at the time because I had zero intention of returning the product, Which turned out to be faulty. Therefore, I returned the very next day to the same person that served me. The tanned young man with black hair. He said he could refund me for one item but not the other. I asked him if he could reprint the receipt. He refused and said “our computer deletes transactions by end of day”.. “the store manager will tell you the same thing”. I went ahead with refund of item that I had a receipt for. A lady came over from the back to process the refund, I explained to her the receipt wasn’t issued for the second item. She said “thats ok, I’ll reprint one for you” without me even asking her. All whilst the staff member who claimed this process was impossible stood directly behind her, observing our interaction.. he didn’t apologise or correct himself. I don’t appreciate being lied to or spoken to with an attitude. He has double charged me multiple times and I usually let it go not worth coming back for a few dollars. The lady that issued the refund was nice and I have no complaints about her service. This review reflects my overall experience today with the young man & last few visits.

Huge range of products at reasonable prices
Check your receipt First I was double charged for something. Next time I was charged a $20 item I didn't buy. Love the art supplies.

Had some really useful things, friendly staff
Great variety of goods. Some prices are unbelievable, some amazing bargains. Some items are comparable or more expensive, so shop wisely.
Visited the store today and found the items we wanted at a good price. However, that's where the shopping experience nosedived. At the checkout a very disinterested and slow worker of African descent obviously didn't want to be there. Bit of a bank up of customers, however, which didn't deter the other two girls from inflating ballons whilst checking their social media on their phones, not interested in the slightest, nor worried about opening another checkout. Your store has cheap prices and it's matched by the cheap service.
Have been in here many times but, obviously, wasn't paying too much attention as I walked in. A shelf of bargains worth checking out before heading to the supermarket...spices, sauces, chewing gum, dishwashing liquid, snacks, laundry liquids and powder, coffee and more. All at prices the supermarkets can't compete with. A great store for bargains.
