This is a "boutique style" store that Hotel C like to do nowadays, but it's on the slightly larger side of a boutique. They've got most of the Hot Chocolate range here which is really nice, and I believe they do their ice creams here too. Good service here as well, which is pretty standard with Hotel C.
Staff that they employ are very friendly. I would be tempted to visit just for a chat. There products are are well presented and from what I can tell the shop is kept clean with strong eye for detail. Yes you can buy cheaper but if you want very good quality then hotel chocolate is a good option.
As with any Hotel Chocolat, this is a brilliant place to get high quality chocolate. The staff are all friendly and well presented. Although the store is small, there is plenty of chocolate to choose from with any flavour you could imagine. After Christmas, Easter, etc. there is lots of chocolates still in date at amazing value. This is definitely the place to go for brilliant chocolates.
How would I know I only walked by the door and I am asked to review it. But I do not feel I can be negative about it as lots of people love it
The only reason this store doesn't get 5 stars is because it's a little small and cramped inside, not good for wheelchairs or the anxious. Otherwise, it's great and the staff always have an amazing knowledge of current and upcoming stock.
