Luckily I want not in a rush for a flight, as I had to ask if I could take a seat, ask to order and ask to pay. Even when ordered the food was slow to come out. The salmon was nice, but the meat looked like it came straight out of a packet. It made me wonder why it took so long to come out from the kitchen! The setting it nice with chome fittings and leather stools at the bar. Despite the lethargy of the staff, they were very polite. Also has good views of the apron and is not as busy / chaotic as some of the other restaurants in The Loop.
I wish i could give zero stars. Terrible service despite the fact there were at least 5 members of staff wandering about behind the counter. I understand sometime you are busy or in the middle of something but not one even made eye contact to acknowledge my presence. Bear in mind there were very nearly more staff than customers there at the time. As another review stated, "staff had breathtaking lack of urgency". Eventually I gave up and went and sat down. 10 minutes later someone came to take my order. Good, fine; little did I realise the best part of my visit was done with. Breakfast came and the entire dish, apart from the sausage was cold. Bacon was stone cold, awful congealed rubbish and genuinely seemed if it may have been cooked the day before, the scrambled egg was rubbery, and the toast was paper thin crusts of bread. Picture actually makes it look a lot nicer than it was. I ate none of it. Waited half an hour for someone to complain too. Eventually gave up and went to pay for the breakfast and the drink I had. Told the cashier that the breakfast was cold and I hadn't eaten it. "Oh", was the response. No apology, nothing. Paid 18 euro for awful service and for the pleasure of looking at a horrible breakfast. Please avoid. Cafe next door served a much bigger, better value and HOT breakfast.
Fair restaurant. The cost is a bit higher than usual and the food is medium quality and the portion are not very big. Crew is kind and available to help. A better cleaning could be a plus.
Good for a quick bite to eat. Good views of aircraft. Service was quick and staff were friendly.
Staff was a bit unfriendly, but quite incompetent. Didn't bother to clean our table despite multiple requests to do so. Food was forgotten and snappy comments were given instead. Paid 7€ to build my own bagel because I was given a plate with a scoop of cream cheese, some salmon and the dry bagel bread all separately. Not what I wanted/expected/asked for! The seats were comfortable.
Absolutely awful service. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush but was waiting 15min to place an order. Food arrived quickly after that and was actually tasty but no further attention was given to me for more than a hour after that, until I decided to give up, walk to the bar, pay my bill and leave. Would have definitely ordered more drinks. Looks like this place isn't interested in your business.

Just as well the seats are comfortable! Asked at the bar if I could order and was asked to take a seat. Menu at the table was covered in dirty plates and the remains of someone’s scrambled eggs. 20 mins later after motioning wildly to one of the staff I managed to get my table cleared and a clean menu supplied, but by that time was past caring about ordering food.
As someone said before, if you want a comfy chair to look at the planes outside, it’s great. Otherwise awful. I have seen two other tables come in, sit down and leave again after waiting unattended for 10-20 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes I’m leaving, having waited for the table service that I was told -when I checked in at the counter on arrival- was coming. If I was in a rush I’d be furious, as it is I’m not so can just relax and warn others!
Worst customer service ever. Staff walked right by while I stood at the bar clearly looking to place an order. I was then approached to have my order taken, and the waiter asked where I was sitting. As I was sitting two feet outside the seating area for Choco lounge he refused to serve me. Even as I asked if he could take my order while I move my bags to an empty seat in their lounge, he walked away. Then I approached again and was ignored till I got the worst pint ever. Went to the next bar over which was awesome. Go there.
