I ordered my wedding cake months and months ago. After being advised by a good source that the company had gone bust I text Chantelle who didn't reply. I then called and my mobile number was blocked. I called the shop today, after numerous attempts and being unable to leave a message, eventually a man answered. I asked if it was CBD and the phone was put down on me. I called again, phone picked up, no speech then put down. No reply to emails. I'm in shock, my wedding is 4 weeks away... I can't believe what started out as a family business would end up being so unethical, careless and cruel. To my earlier review which I have now changed, the owners states I would receive a call. I've had no call. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My daughter is buzzing after having her birthday at Chocolate by design! Her and her little friends had a fab time with the 2 very kind , tallented and engaging ladies. The chocolate they all made themselves was delicious and I will have difficulties sharing the amazing cake! Thank you very much!

According to my mother, the chocolate from here is excellent, however the 3 stars is due to the fact your website doesn't have your opening hours. I'd be happy to change this to 5 stars after you sort this issue.

Been here for a wedding present and the company designed the chocolate to my specification. Cannot fault their customer service after staying open an extra half an hour for me!!! Thanks!

Visited this shop today.  It's now closed. There's a formal looking notice on the shop door and window saying it's been closed and the goods seized. Website and answerphone needs updating.
