Super nice professional service and clients events! I have been here many times and always a treat your looked after so well. Always offer a warm drink or a glass of champagne when shopping. They have the latest collections and can source and out on hold for any more specific items.
Haven’t been here but did you know back in the early 1970’s this was a modelling academy.
Extremely disappointed with their customer service and felt like they were not bothered to do our business. We went in to look for their Tote bag and wanted to look at different size, colour and material to compare which is better. The lady I believe is the Manager who served us showed us the bag and put it back in and told us the colour I wanted they didn't have it in store. She then walked away. I was left standing there looking through my phone to see what other colours they have online and until I walked out, no one bothered to come to serve us. There were no other customer in the store at that time so NO it wasn't busy at all. If the lady could have a little be more patient and explained to me a bit more about the bag, the material and etc, I could have bought the one she showed to me. She didn't even ask what's the purpose of buying the bag and what colours or material you prefer. Zero customer service and sales experience. I ended up bought a Tote bag from Celine! Sorry, I loved your design but how the way your customer is treated is, a big NO NO to me.
great service. i reserved a bag online and was contacted really quickly by Ruta who confirmed it was in stock and set one aside for me. she had everything ready when i got there and was really lovely and helpful. a great experience!
Had a really fantastic experience buying my first Chloe bag here. I’ve been in before to look & it’s always a friendly & relaxed atmosphere. We were offered a glass of champagne even before we really started looking & we looked at quite a few bags, nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all, I wish all shops were like this I really do. I walk away if anyone is rude no matter how much I want something but they’ve got it to perfection here & I shall be back! Thank you to Natalija who made my first Chloe purchase special & fun & for all your help. Absolutely 5 star experience and very happy with my bag!
For a high end world class brand, the Chloe New Bind Street store is lacking, significantly, in first class customer service. My mother and I visited the store to purchase the small ’Tess’ saddle bag, which retails for £1250. Considering we were paying customers, who didn't browse and knew exactly what we wanted, we were treated with the upmost disrespect and discourtesy. Out of the 5 staff members within the shop, we were the only customers in the store, only 2 demonstrated the type of customer device in would expect from a high end luxury brand. One out of the 2 being the doorman. The other shop assistants were rude and engrossed in their mobile devices - Natalia being the worst. This particular branch of Chloe should take note of the exemplary customer service we received in Louis Vuitton, who were falling over themselves to assist us. A word of advice - if you continue to treat your customers with such discourtesy, Chloe, your brand will be the next retail failure. Luxury or not, the prices of your leather goods and accessories won't be enough to save you when your long standing customers turn their backs on your beand. Appalling service. Avoid this particular branch at all costs and head to the Harrods of Selfridges concessions! Or better yet - try a different brand altogether. Disgraceful!
I got something from there, the price is fair enough.
