The best nail service I've had!!! I've had both acrylics and SNS and both have always been perfect. I've previously been to nail salons where the treatment is rushed and therefore doesn't last long. However, at Chloe's I've always been 100% happy. Also the customer service is great. You're made to feel welcome.

Really bad pedicure,the worst pedicure I have ever had.My feet look even worse than before .the person didn't even filed my nails,just polished.Complained, but they said nothing they can do. Feel really disappointed,have to pay to do the pedicure somewhere else now. That's a shame,as it was my first time in the salon and I could have been their customer and recommend a lot of friends...

Got my nails done and had my own water transfers which didn't work but they really went out there way to try, then done another design that was amazing ! Doing a marble effect :-)

Would never use this salon again. They are not welcoming or friendly, and cleanliness is really questionable. And the worst part - they use the metal buffing machines on your natural nails (either due to laziness or to save time). This seriously damages your nails. I had a manicure weeks ago and still have deep grooves where my nails are damaged as they are growing out. Such a shame as its such a convenient location, but service and standards are awful.

Popped in for a spur of the moment pedicure.  There were 3 staff in (2 women and a man), who were so deep in their conversion that they could barely tear themselves away to deal with any customers.  I can honestly say that the person who did my pedicure said no more than 2 words to me in the whole exchange 'sit' and 'colour?', if he wanted me to move, he'd not break away from his conversion with the other staff, but merely tap my feet to indicate that he wanted me to move them in some way.

If  your looking to treat yourself or for a relaxing treatment, this isn't the place for you.  Very brusk treatment, they get the job done, but they get it done as quickly as possible, with virtually no interaction with the customers.  Its all seems to be abit of an inconvenience to them.  

I won't bother going back (didn't tip them - there was no element that warranted a tip and nor would recommend it) there are an abundance of nicer places to go.
