Vanessa and the rest of the team were very professional at all times. Vanessa took the time to go through everything with us and didn't rush us at any point. You can contact them via e-mail too, if you are too upset to speak to someone.

After we had an awful experience with the William Harvey Hospital messing up paperwork regarding the release of my grandmother's body, Chittendens totally saved the day - Vanessa personally drove to everyone necessary to ensure that my grandmother was with us on the day and they were just so kind. Really treated us with empathy - I couldn't recommend them more.

Extremely professional, can not thank them enough for support and guidance. Made what was due to the conoravirus a very professional funeral of my father on 31st March 2020, showed total dedication in our hour of grief.
