We had our wedding here in june of 2026 and it was a great venue that served us for all our needs. The team led by Tina were really helpful all the way and set up and equipment needed on the day all went perfectly and we had lovely spaces to use for our wedding photos.nnIts also great for those on a lower budget and you wil be able to enjoy everything it has to offer
Everyone mentions the beauty of the building, I will say that this very beautiful building is located on Chiswick Broadway with access to a multitude of buses and the Underground
I've had the worst experience with them. I have been going to a zumba class in one of the hall and every time, 15min before the end of the class and the booked time this blond short hair care taker crushes into the class and starts demanding everyone to leave. This is not good customer service. Not even a humane way to talk to people. I would have left a review only for that lady but I think the town hall deserves it as they are happy enough with her to keep her. I wouldn't recommend doing classes there unless you want to have your time ruined!
Car was broken into outside, no CCTV coverage and security would not help.
Great building in community service use. Within the London Borough of Hounslow, let's hope they keep it as such and not redevelop this beautiful listed building. Thankfully now getting a refurb.
