The food wasn't what I ordered, my colega order was over cooked, and the most of ordered was based in rice and bens, where was suppose mixed beef they just add beef stock. Honestly very desapointed at this time,compared with years ago

How can you eat at a restaurant when you're not even warm. I measured 17 degrees. It defeats the reason for eating out. They claim that the heating is not working, but why we're we not informed of this, so we could make a decision, anyway since then I visited the area again and it was the same problem, its obviously Chiquito is cutting back on the energy usage Oh, the only thing keeping us warm was a small blow heater. Unfortunately, the limit of the heater cable extension made it rubbish. the restaurant is way too big for such a small device. I highly recommend eating at home, dress up, and ordering in, with your cosy home . The service was OK, but the food was lukewarm and bland. All the best
Had a great experience today for valentine’s day! despite being busy, the staff was lovely and attentive, atmosphere was great and food was delivered quick and was overall delicious. Great cocktails too!! Had a great time tonight, thank you to all chiquitos staff for making it a lovely valentines meal and especially a big thanks to Gabs our server this evening, many thanks guys. will definitely be back.
Went for a date night. Service was friendly and she didn't disturb our conversations or time together. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was great everyone seemed to be having a good time. Cocktails were amazing. We had a great time. Thank youFood: 5/5
Nice food and a good menu. Long waits for food though, waited 40 minutes for the starter to come out and another 30 for the mains.Food: 5/5
Not suitable for humans… Absolutely appalling experience. Got food poisoning that night. Reported it to the company. Managers did not seem to care. Sent in report as requested. Asked for feedback many times. Did not even get acknowledgement of returning the form to them. As soon as I ate the 2 king prawns they served I felt sick and did not eat any of the meal. We were part of a group that spends a lot of money at this restaurant. Last visit ever to this chain. Mistakes happen but clearly there is no concern for peoples health and well being and this carry’s through to customer service and their management team.
Hadn't been to Chiquito's since before lockdown, so wasn't sure if it had changed? It was my youngest son's favourite place and he is very fussy; However, the food was great as was the service, the only comment my son made was that he thought the portions were bigger so he was very happy.Food: 5/5
Worst tacos. Ordered a starter with jackfruit. It came with cabbage inside not mentioned on the menu. Also they tasted like poppadoms, not like any taco shell I've had before. Cocktails were the only positive. Vegetarian options: Pibili jackfruit can be put in place of meat options.
Food was well cooked and presented All of our food tasted nice and we had cocktails also which were lovely. Really enjoyed the visit and the waitress was really nice.
