After having a hankering for Mexican foods we decided to visit Chiquito Walsall. We were greeted by our hostess Sophia who was attentive and polite throughout the evening. The music in the establishment added to the relaxed but welcoming vibe. I enjoyed that there was a wide variety of vegetarian dishes. The only downside was the slightly longer than anticipated wait for both the food and drinks.
Lovely food, really fresh and healthy. Staff were nice too! Many offers do not apply to the lunch time menu.
The service here is always incredibly slow, which is not to be blamed on the staff themselves, but rather on the lack thereof. I had enchiladas which were very tasty, however, the price of the main course alone was nearly £13 and didn't include any dips, nachos, not even salad. When eating my food I found a hair inside and had to send it back, which is disgusting. However, this was rectified and handled great. The staff are lovely and it is not their fault for any of the problems I experienced, but I would not return here again.
The service was very fast and vegetarian food was great. Definitely recommend the enchiladas with 5 bean chilli. Also lemonade mocktails are great.
Really Liked this place , Mexican themed restaurant and the decor is great and relaxing for a night out Clean place and The staff where friendly and helpful The food was very good and tasty with a large menu and well served Good selection of drinks available Would definitely use this place again , great for groups or couples.
Great food! But service....quiet day but still hard to get served.
It was really nice but the food took long to come especially the pudding
Great variety of food at good prices, they asked us when we walked in if we had any dietary restrictions, we didn't but noticed they had both vegan and gluten free menus which is fab. Service was quick and friendly and we got a good deal within the app.
Good Mexican food, great service, friendly and a very Mexican feel. Quality and resonable value for money, particularly if you download the app where you can access discount codes and special offers. Sombraros and mocktails were a great hit with my kids.
I honestly dont know what to say the food is the bomb. I had a popcorn cold coffee drink i think and i can't remember what my mom had but they made me feel like i was in heaven. When you walk in you get asked how many chair's you will need for the people sitting with you and then when you sit down you will notice that thire is a napkin with your fork and kinfe. It is a Mexican restaurant and if you want a to have a birthday meal you would have to give them a call. I hope this help's everyone who need's this. X
