first time to try chipotle. husband had the quesadilla and i had the burrito bowl. was good! next time, i would go easy on the guac and beans. it was so heavy i struggled to finish what I ordered but was also stubborn to save the rest for later so now i feel like am in a food comaFood: 4/5
What the heck is this?! I went to this location after work and I cannot believe how small the portions are now! I used to get SO much my bowl looked like a mountain, when they scooped the meat it wasn't even a full scoop, this is the second time this happened and I won't be going back.
I AM STRICT VEGETARIAN but found PIECE OF CHICKEN in my order. Used to live this location but this is unbearable . This is a religious thing for me . That was thier closing time and they did this to my order . I want strict action to be taken against this.
First time trying Chipotle in Canada, it tastes exactly like the American locations. The brand is definitely maintaining their consistency! I’m a huge fan of their Chicken Bowl. It’s always so flavourful and it really hits the spot for spicy cravings when you’re opting in for the hot salsa.
Today, my family who came from USA and I visited a Chipotle store, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The service person she is a lady who took our order was quite rude and made us feel undervalued and her tone was very rude while she was preparing our bowl. Note:- my niece told her what she felt and that lady even did not apologize to her. When it came to preparing our veggie bowl, the quantity of the veggies & cheese was disappointing. It felt like our order was prepared hastily and without care. Overall, this visit did not meet the standards we have come to expect from CHIPOTLE, and it left us quite disappointed.
Food quality is very poor, worst customer service ever and the packaging you can see in the pic. They don’t know how to prepare tacos and pack them in a proper way. Their staff is very rude and unwelcoming. Never going to have chipotle again in my life.Food: 1/5
I went to chipotle this evening, planning to get my usual order with sour cream. I get to the point where they are to put sour cream on my tacos… apparently there’s none. That’s fine, except there’s literally an entire vat of sour cream sitting at the online orders station. The workers refused to give me any. How is that the policy? You have a paying customer standing in front of you and you’re refusing them their food because of a hypothetical customer that may place an online order by the end of the night? Extremely disappointed and horribly handled by the employees.
Found a BLADE in my food at this location, bit down on something hard and pulled this out of my mouth. Forever ruined chipotle for me. I reached out to chipotle Canada and was given a refund for the meal not sure if they did anything else to make sure this doesn’t happen again or worse where someone swallows it. Would definitely avoid this location not worth it.
Chipotle is one of my go to meals but such a horrible experience I had today. Went at 9:40pm and paid $20 for a bowl that was basically empty. Very stingy with their portions at least give me what i am paying for.
Picked up 2 chicken bowls yesterday with guacamole and chips. It was on the evening at 8.45 pm probably the leftover from all guacamole was put there before closing - the colour was more brown than green. The chicken wasn’t yummy at all but the guacamole was from overripe brown avocados and was sour. He had diarrhea at night and had to stay home from school and stomach ache and crams. Paying 40$ and being sick is a no-go !!! The quality used to be good years ago but going down the drain now. To get sick is a no-go! Update… a week into it now, my son wasn’t able to go to school for the whole week, the doctor diagnosed food poisoning and I was contacted via phone once by the company. I missed that phone call and called 3 times back and left my number within that week. The respective lady is not reachable at all. Chipotle with your non existent customer care you made it worst!
