Friendly owner. Sells all the usual stuff, but does proper fresh cut chips not frozen with good cod in batter, both in generous portions. Well worth the 11 mile drive to visit.
Very Good food... and cheap... always the best
Very generous portions, wide selection, chips are always hot and fresh. Staff are lovely. Perhaps my favourite chippy, certainly the best in Newport!

fish was dry, seemed like atleast a few days old. chips were undercooked,found a hair & not a clean environment not going again
