Took my Insignia there for a front splitter spraying, bought this splitter for £160 specifically made for my model. Dropped splitter off was told afew days to spray, then return with car for fitting. Well 9 days later i got the call to return car for fitting, no sorry just a shocking attitude towards me. Told drop car off at 09:00, will take about 1 hr to fit, gets to 15:30 i just jump into a taxi and head down ( no phone call ). Where do i start the splitter had instructions and appropriate bolts to fit it, he fit it completely wrong, in doing so knocked about 5 chucks of paint off the already shocking spray job on splitter, and even damaged my VX line bumper. Had the cheek to ask for £100 and claimed the job was fine, and it was the splitter that was wrong ( custom made ). I've seen better workmanship in the middle school playground, i wouldn't let him spray my socks. Going to cost £140 to put right. I'm lost for words.

Sent my car for front bumper wheel arch, door and boot lid. When the work was finnished there was overspray all over the car and windows inside door sills and boot... The body filler was visable through the paint not even sanded flat maski g tape lines across the boot lid and the finnished texture is awfull and peeling off  the car was there for 3 weeks ....
