Gave me false techical Information (twice)about a ‘Batten’ light that I finally purchased on the Strengh on what they told me.. Was told that tubes on this Batten Light are replaceable which turned out not to be Case. I Spent almost £100 having this Batten fitted, Later found out from my Electrician that they were telling me a pack of Lies for two possible Reasons: That have not got a clue about their products or they were palming me off just to get my money. I have spoken to them about this Issue and they are Denying everthing they Said when I was making the Initial enquiries. They refuse not to give me any Recompense at all. I do not recommend this Company at all especially Because of the Lies they told me Pre-sale and aftersale. Will not be using this company again.

Very good customer service, polite and cheerful and very helpful to me with my child's massive buggy! Will definitely come again for my bulbs as so reasonably priced too.
